Why transition process is difficult?

Let we dive into our heart. Actually, all of us are happy on the comfort zone. We don’t want to let it go, although, sometimes it is not good. For instance, some employees will prefer to do something same every day, instead of try the new challenge. The effect, they will not attain something different or higher. Their career is stagnant.

OK, what is the comfort zone, actually? We go back to our hometown means we go back to our comfort zone. If we go after that, so, I think we are located on the transition zone. Then, if we are successfully to pass it, then we put ourselves to the comfort zone again. Therefore, I can conclude, our life is only from the comfort zone to another comfort zone. Between them, transition zone is existing. This is the problem. Transition zone.

Finally, the biggest question is why transition zone so hard? my best answer for this is change is not easy. I don’t want to talk about the example why change is not easy. All great historic in our books, it is come from a simple word, “change”. If we have a willpower to change, all our energy should be involved. Our mind, our body, our physics, and our psychic.
